ClickUp is seeking a Senior GTM Data Analyst to join our high-impact Growth Analytics team. As a senior member, you’ll drive strategic decision-making by delivering actionable insights, building advanced dashboards, and partnering with Sales, Customer Experience, and Data teams to accelerate ClickUp’s growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our data culture, mentoring junior analysts, and influencing company-wide initiatives.

The Role:

* Lead the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated dashboards and data solutions using SQL, Tableau, and our modern data stack (Snowflake, DBT, Amplitude).

* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.

* Execute analytics projects end-to-end, from scoping requirements to delivery and impact measurement.

* Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

* Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and cross-functional audiences.

* Champion data quality, governance, and best practices across the Growth organization.

* Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to define and track KPIs that drive business outcomes.

* Lead deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnel performance, and revenue trends to inform GTM strategy.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar field, with a proven track record of driving business impact in a SaaS or high-growth environment.

* Advanced expertise in SQL and BI tools (Tableau required).

* Experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, DBT, Amplitude) strongly preferred.

* Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence senior stakeholders.

* Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and non-technical audiences.

* Strong business acumen and a passion for solving complex problems.
