The role

The Growth & Product Data Analyst role is positioned within the Product & Growth Department and forms part of the Product & Growth Analytics team, reporting directly to the team Lead.

The purpose of the role is to strengthen Viva’s ability to make data-informed product and growth decisions, by embedding analytics deeply into product discovery, prioritization, and performance evaluation. The role operates close to Product, Growth, Marketing, and Engineering teams and is expected to actively influence decision-making rather than function as a passive reporting role.

This position is designed for an experienced analyst with strong product intuition, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior and product performance to support product and growth decisions;
• Deliver product analytics insights (funnels, cohorts, feature adoption) with clear business impact;
• Translate ambiguous product and growth questions into structured, actionable analysis;
• Support prioritization and evaluation of product and growth initiatives using data;
• Build and maintain dashboards and analytical assets for decision support;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into day-to-day decision-making.

Requirements:
• More than 5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a tech or product-driven environment;
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, used daily for analysis and querying;
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and BI tools;
• Proven experience in product and/or growth analytics;
• Experience performing exploratory analysis with limited guidance;
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Comfortable working in cross-functional environments and fostering strong working relationships with partners;
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and openness to using them to improve analytics efficiency;
• Python experience is a plus, especially for exploratory analysis or automation;
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and verbal.
