Role Overview
Mint Source is hiring a Senior Growth Media Buyer for a boutique paid ads agency in the digital marketing and e-commerce space. This senior-level role centers on Meta advertising, with full ownership of strategy, execution, and scaling across high-budget, performance-focused accounts. You’ll partner closely with creatives and analytics teams, deliver clear client-facing insights, and explore secondary channels like TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads as needed. You’ll report into Paid Media leadership and contribute to team development by mentoring junior media buyers. Staying current on platform trends and algorithm shifts will be essential to success. What You’ll Do
Lead Meta ad strategy and execution across the full funnel: prospecting, retargeting, and retention
Apply growth marketing frameworks to test offers, angles, audiences, and creative variations
Optimize campaigns daily to hit CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV targets
Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate winning ad concepts
Work with analytics teams to interpret performance data and inform strategy
Stay informed on Meta platform updates, algorithm shifts, and paid media best practices
Expand into TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads to support additional growth
Present clear insights and performance summaries in bi-weekly client calls and written reports
Mentor junior media buyers on campaign management and testing best practices
Use Asana and Slack to manage tasks and maintain campaign visibility
Leverage tools like Triple Whale, Motion, GA4, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint for tracking, analysis, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
4–6+ years of media buying experience, with expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads
Proven ability to profitably manage and scale $500k+ in monthly ad spend
Strong grasp of growth marketing principles, funnel strategy, and creative testing
Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and X Ads for cross-channel expansion
Proficient with tracking and attribution tools including Triple Whale, Motion, GA4
Excellent communicator — polished, professional, and confident in client-facing settings
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable strategy
Comfortable managing multiple accounts, shifting priorities, and mentoring junior team members
Availability to work standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST)
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)
95%+ campaign QA accuracy, tracked through internal reviews
2–4 optimizations or creative tests launched weekly with measurable impact
Insight-driven reporting delivered consistently via agency-standard templates
Achievement of CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV goals across assigned accounts

Timely, clear performance insights delivered during bi-weekly client updates
