About your team
You’ll join a cross-functional product team focused on building a world-class learning experience for millions of users.
As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will own web growth end-to-end, with a strong focus on how paid acquisition, landing pages, and conversion come together.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and engineers to own and improve landing pages, onboarding flows, and paywalls, and turn insights into high-impact experiments. At the same time, you’ll partner with the marketing team to shape acquisition strategy, test channels, and identify the most promising markets and audiences.
This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll spend most of your time running campaigns, launching experiments, and improving conversion across the funnel, with full ownership of results.
This role goes beyond channel management. You’ll own how acquisition translates into activation and revenue.
What you’ll be doing
• You think in full funnels. You connect acquisition, activation, and monetization, and understand how changes in one step impact the entire system.
• You own paid acquisition end-to-end. You manage meaningful budgets, test multiple channels, and know how to scale what works while cutting what doesn’t.
• You shape messaging that converts. You make strong calls on positioning, messaging, and pricing based on user insight and market context.
• You improve conversion through experimentation. You test and iterate across landing pages, onboarding flows, and paywalls, working hypothesis-first and learning quickly from data.
• You focus your effort where it matters most. You identify the most promising markets, audiences, and channels, and allocate time and budget accordingly.
