About Our Client
Host Stand Agency is a hospitality-focused growth agency that helps restaurants and resorts improve discovery, attract more guests, and grow revenue. Their work combines strategy, content, paid media, CRM, and operational know-how. They are building a more advanced, tech-enabled marketing model and want to become one of the most sophisticated agencies in their space. Role Overview
As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will drive paid and organic media strategies, manage CRM, and oversee KPI dashboards to fuel client growth in e-commerce and service sectors. This urgent role collaborates closely with Client Services to deliver results, with a focus on resorts, restaurants, and e-commerce clients.
Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize paid media campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, using creator content for maximum ROI.
• Manage organic social growth, CRM initiatives, and real-time KPI dashboards to track performance.
• Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and collaborate with Account Executives on client strategies.
• Experiment with growth tactics tailored to e-commerce (strong preference) and service providers like hotel chains.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of paid social, CRM, funnels, and campaign optimization
• Experience working with data, dashboards, and marketing performance analysis
• Strong English communication skills, especially for client-facing work
• Availability to work in EST or CST-friendly hours
• Hospitality, restaurant, resort, travel, influencer, or service-business marketing experience is a plus
• E-commerce growth marketing experience is also highly relevant, especially if you have worked with social proof or conversion-focused campaigns
