We’re looking for a Senior GRC & Privacy Engineer to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.
What You’ll Do
• Participate in workshops and client meetings to understand needs related to Privacy, Data Governance, GRC, Security Assurance, Ethics & Compliance;
• Analyse client business processes and design tailored governance and compliance solutions;
• Design and configure workflows within GRC/Privacy platforms (risk assessments, privacy operations, compliance controls, vendor risk, ethics workflows);
• Conduct maturity assessments and produce recommendations for privacy, GRC and security compliance;
• Support pre-sales activities: preparation of material, demos, scoping and effort estimation;
• Develop methodologies, templates, processes and best practices for the service line;
• Support the creation of policies, procedures, compliance frameworks and risk registers;
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure overall quality of deliverables.
Requirements:
What You’ll Bring
• 3 - 5 years of experience in GRC, Privacy, Information Security, Risk, Compliance or similar consulting/engineering roles (consulting or enterprise environment);
• Strong understanding of regulations & frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST, SOC 2, privacy operations and data governance practices;
• Experience working with or implementing GRC, privacy or compliance tools/platforms;
• Ability to analyse and design workflows, policies, procedures and control structures;
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and translating business needs into governance solutions;
• Excellent documentation skills (process maps, procedures, assessments, reports);
• Experience with GRC/Privacy platforms (OneTrust experience is a strong nice-to-have but not required);.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree e from a reputable university in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Law, Business, Engineering). Strong academic background is required.
