What You’ll Do

We're seeking 2–4 highly experienced Senior Graphic Designers to join our Amazon creative team. You'll work closely with our brand marketing, product and eCommerce teams to create world-class Amazon listing images that match or surpass industry leaders in our target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Amazon-compliant listing images (A+ Content, main images, infographics, etc.)
• Craft compelling visual storytelling to highlight medical and industrial product features
• Execute consistent brand style guides across multiple product lines and brands
• Research and benchmark top competitors to keep designs on-trend with U.S. market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, copywriting)
• Deliver high-conversion visuals under tight deadlines and fast review cycles

Requirements:
You Are…

• A senior-level designer with at least 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon listing design
• Familiar with U.S. consumer behavior, marketing psychology, and design preferences
• Fluent in Western medical, industrial, or personal care aesthetics
• Exceptionally skilled in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva Pro, etc.
• Confident in preparing Amazon image sets that comply with platform specs
• Able to analyze design impact and continuously optimize based on conversion feedback
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and excited about working with high-impact brands

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in medical consumables, PPE, or health & wellness product categories
• Past work on U.S. Amazon stores with high Best Seller Ranks (BSR)
• Understanding of Amazon image requirements (resolution, dimensions, etc.)
• Familiarity with video or 3D rendering is a plus
• A proficient grasp of state-of-the-art AI tools and technologies, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Photoshop AI, is strongly preferred. We value candidates who know how to integrate AI into their creative workflow, to make flawless outcomes.

🚨 Please Note:

• This role is for experienced designers only.

• Only candidates with Amazon platform experience, Amazon listing design background, and a strong portfolio targeting North American or European markets will be considered.
• Candidates must have fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Expected monthly salary should not be higher or lower than PHP 50,000 – 65,000.

• If you have no prior understanding of the medical supplies industry, or are not confident in creating designs for medical-related products, please do not apply.
• Interviews will include a portfolio review, and finalists will be assigned a hands-on design task with limited scope. Candidates are expected to complete the task independently and without assistance.
