Summary of Position

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency exclusively focused on serving attorneys and law firms. We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Senior Graphic Designer based in Mexico to support our U.S. operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team helping legal professionals grow their practices through innovative marketing solutions.

This senior-level role is designed for a technical expert who thrives on high-level production and complex design execution. You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and improved optimization of all website marketing assets, landing pages, and digital campaigns. Your focus will be on maintaining elite design standards across all initiatives, ensuring every project is conversion-focused and visually polished.

Position Responsibilities

• High-Level Web Design: Design high-fidelity mockups for home pages, landing pages, internal pages, and special projects that prioritize user experience and conversion.
• UI/UX Optimization: Execute solutions and improvements based on current web trends, mobile layout structures, and usability best practices.
• Asset Maintenance: Take ownership of the visual quality of client websites, ensuring every page is neatly and professionally styled with supporting graphics throughout the content.
• Complex Project Execution: Contribute to the agency's most complex design projects, delivering pixel-perfect assets that meet rigorous professional standards.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex design or layout issues, ensuring seamless visual performance across all digital platforms.
• Collaborative Iteration: Partner regularly with the creative and marketing teams to iterate on designs and deliver high-quality visuals on tight deadlines.
• Technical Integration: Work within WordPress environments and utilize basic HTML/CSS knowledge to ensure design feasibility and proper styling.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
• Expertise: 5–10 years of professional experience in UI/UX and digital marketing design. Agency experience is a significant plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field.
• Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating versatility and mastery across web, mobile, and integrated digital marketing work.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator).
• Platform Knowledge: Strong experience working with WordPress and a solid understanding of current web layout trends and mobile structure.
• Technical Skills: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and a dedicated willingness to continue learning in the digital space.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1 certification required) to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams.
