YOUR MISSION

To be the high-velocity creative engine and brand guardian of our team, transforming briefs into top-tier visual assets while ensuring design consistency across every platform.

 

THE JOURNEY

• Creative Ownership & Execution: Lead the end-to-end design process, taking conceptual briefs for Social Media, PR and Global Affairs and turning them into polished, "ready-to-post" assets.

• Strategic Brand Guardianship: Act as the final filter for our visual identity, ensuring every piece of content, from a quick social post to a PR activation, is consistent.

• Stakeholder Management & Diplomacy: Serve as the primary design point of contact for internal teams; you’ll negotiate deadlines and manage expectations.

• Workflow Coordination: Manage multiple simultaneous workstreams and delegate tasks effectively to ensure no deadline is ever missed.

• Collaborative Synergy: Partner closely with stakeholders to execute rapid-fire requests, managing the full lifecycle of feedback and iterations with a focus on speed and results.

• Technical Mastery: You are an expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Canva.

• Academic & Portfolio Foundation: You hold a diploma in Graphic Design (or similar) and can provide a compelling portfolio (heads up: we can't consider applications without one!).

• High-Velocity Execution: You have a "move fast, execute faster" mindset; you thrive under pressure and can pivot quickly to accommodate last-minute changes.

• Professional Resilience: You are humble, growth-oriented, and see feedback rounds as a way to learn and sharpen your craft.

• Communication Skills: You can explain design decisions clearly to non-creatives and have the confidence to manage stakeholder "asks" effectively.

• Bonus Points (Nice to Haves): Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to bring static designs to life with motion, or previous experience coordinating workflows and mentoring junior designers.
