About The Role
PolyNovo is currently searching for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the marketing Reporting to the Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of design services for global stakeholders, from briefing and prioritisation through to concept development, production and final release.
This role ensures brand consistency, creative excellence, efficient workflow management, and accessible archiving, while partnering closely with the broader Global Marketing team to support business and employee initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality creative assets for print and digital channels, including marketing collateral, corporate materials, internal communications, presentations, digital assets, and campaign materials
Translate briefs into effective visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Ensure all artwork meets brand, quality, regulatory, and accessibility standards prior to release
Support the maintenance of the PolyNovo and product identities, ensuring consistency across regions and customer touchpoints
Provide creative guidance and quality control on artwork produced internally or by external partners, as required
Contribute to the maintenance of brand guidelines and templates
Manage the intake, triage, prioritisation, and delivery of design requests from global stakeholders using a structured briefing and workflow process and balance competing priorities across regions, campaigns, and internal projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Coordinate with agency partners when work is outsourced, ensuring seamless handover and consistency
Own and maintain a centralised, globally accessible artwork and asset archive
Support continuous improvement of asset management processes and systems
Work closely with marketing managers, corporate communications, product teams, and regional stakeholders to understand needs and deliver fit-for-purpose creative solutions
Qualifications & Experience
Significant experience in a senior graphic design role, ideally within a corporate, healthcare, or global organisation
Strong understanding of brand management, visual identity systems, and creative governance
Experience establishing or working within structured design workflows and centralised asset libraries
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite); experience with collaborative or templated tools (e.g. Canva) advantageous
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with a high standard of creative quality
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across print and digital design
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
