Senior Graphic Designer (Beauty Brand)

About the Role
This beauty brand’s visuals turn science-driven formulas into beauty magic. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can concept and craft high-performing creative across digital and physical touchpoints—from Shopify landing pages and Amazon A+ to paid-social ads, retail displays, and pop-up experiences.
This is a highly collaborative role at the intersection of brand storytelling, performance design, and omnichannel execution.
What You’ll Do
Creative Concepting
• Translate briefs, insights, and performance data into scroll-stopping creative ideas
• Ensure concepts ladder up to overall brand strategy and campaign objectives
Design Execution
• Own layouts, typography, retouching, and micro-animations
• Design across static, video, and interactive formats for web, social, Amazon, and retail
Cross-Functional Handoff
• Deliver pixel-perfect files for developers, printers, and motion editors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and scalable Figma library
Brand Guardianship
• Uphold brand consistency across color, type, and photography
• Push fresh visual directions for new launches, seasonal campaigns, and tests
Analytics & Iteration
• Partner with Growth and Amazon teams to review performance dashboards
• Iterate creative variations based on data and learnings
Tools You’ll Use
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Figma
• Basic motion tools (Premiere or CapCut)
• Bonus: Working knowledge of 3D and AI workflows (Cinema 4D, Midjourney, etc.)
Must-Haves
• 4–7 years of in-house or agency experience with consumer brands (beauty experience required)
• A strong online portfolio showing range: high-gloss lifestyle, conversion-driven ads, and packaging or POS
• Comfortable managing fast-paced sprints alongside larger campaign workbacks
• Highly collaborative—works closely with marketers, copywriters, and paid media teams
Nice-to-Haves
• Basic HTML/CSS to QA emails or landing page modules
• Motion graphics experience for paid-social and PDP GIFs
• Photo art-direction experience (studio and UGC)
