Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Deaigner to support the creative strategy and execution of client projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client goals and the ability to create compelling cross-channel deliverables. They will stay informed on emerging trends and technologies to ensure the creative output meets client needs and remains innovative.

Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and design requirements.

Develop and present creative concepts that align with the agreed-upon goals and strategy.

Create cross-channel visual communication strategies, including digital, print, and motion graphics, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to apply innovative approaches to creative projects.

Provide leadership and direction to the creative team, ensuring alignment with brand identity and client expectations.

Present design solutions to clients, explaining the rationale behind creative decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Advanced knowledge and dexterity of Adobe Creative Suite and industry leading design software.

1-2 years of experience in digital and print design or advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.

Broad knowledge of design across different mediums (digital, print, and motion) and platforms.

Proficiency in social media platforms and their design requirements (Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Strong creative vision with a breadth of style and design capability.

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Portfolio Required
Candidates should have a strong portfolio of work demonstrating a variety of design styles, mediums, and successful brand campaigns.
