Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to slay digital marketing, social media and outdoor designs. A talented individual who thrives on supporting the design of online and offline marketing material and generating awesome brand love. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production.

Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines.

 

What you will do:

Design online marketing material

• Marketing banners (Google Network, Meta Ads, storyboarding for animation designs)

• Photoshop, retouching & compositing

• Social Media posts (FB, Instagram, etc)

• CRM Visuals

• Using no-code software as a service tool (i.e webflow, tilda, etc) to design simple but exciting landing pages for marketing activations

 

Design offline marketing material

• Print (Leaflets, coupons, large-scale banners, etc)

• TVC & relevant visuals (including packshots, splash pages, etc)

 

Branding

• Maintain and enhance our brand aesthetic based on the existing guidelines and visual identity

• Logo design (ex: sub-brands like partnership deals, etc)

• Branded synergy

• Key visual identity on sponsored events

• 5+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably within food, hospitality, or consumer brand sectors

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 

• Experience with video editing software and motion graphics is a plus.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, particularly in branding, packaging, and digital content

•  An eye for detail and an ability to generate creative concepts that align with brand goals.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to present ideas clearly and accept feedback constructively.

• Fluency in both Greek & English

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
