Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their creative team and elevate the visual impact of their brand. This role is ideal for a strategic and conceptual thinker and hands-on designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll lead design projects across digital and print, bring creative ideas to life, and help shape their visual identity while mentoring junior team members.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement design strategies that align with brand and business goals across all channels.
• Lead concept development and execute high-quality design work across branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print collateral, presentations, and more.
• Champion brand consistency, ensuring all creative work aligns with visual guidelines and brand values.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, while maintaining strong attention to detail and design excellence.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering growth and creative development.
• Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative work modern and relevant.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, commercial art, or a related field; technical qualification or equivalent work experience required.
• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases creative range and strategic thinking across formats.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with the ability to execute high-quality design work across formats. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and provide creative direction, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Exceptional visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in motion graphics, web design, or HTML is a plus.
