Our most recent game, Sky, is our most complex undertaking to date. It is a social network built around the values inherited from a powerful humanistic story. It is a live experience continuously evolving inside a global online theme park.

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for brand promotion, marketing events, and website design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative visual content for marketing activities related to our games, including graphics, H5, websites, etc.

• Collaborate with product versions and major milestones to produce localized media materials and community art assets.

• Independently design main visuals for games, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage project requirements and task distribution effectively.

• Build and manage a database of art outsourcing vendors and establish guidelines.

• Handle design tasks for the company, all our games, and all sub-projects without being overly selective.

• Define and maintain the visual style of the game brand, creating effective visual design guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with over 3 years of experience in the gaming or related industries.

• Familiarity and passion for the "Sky: Children of the Light", with a willingness to innovate and take on diverse challenges.

• Strong aesthetic sense and foundational skills in graphic design, typography, and color theory.

• Creative planning and proposal skills.

• Passion for and interest in gaming and ACG culture, with extensive gaming experience and mature skills in designing various visual elements.

• Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills, with the ability to optimize and adjust designs based on requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in 3D, illustration, interactive or motion video production, peripheral design, or large-scale event visual design is a plus.

• Experience in product planning, peripheral production, and printing knowledge is advantageous.

• Proficiency in 3D software and video editing is a plus.

• Understanding web animation and front-end collaboration is a bonus.
