Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design initiatives across various channels. This role requires a creative visionary with strong hands-on skills in graphic design, particularly for advertising, social media, case studies, whitepapers, illustrations, and other marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, business development, and content teams to produce visually stunning and effective materials that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visually appealing designs for advertisements, social media content, case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing materials.
• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms including social media, websites, emails, and print materials.
• Design illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to support our content and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Maintain and enhance Uptalent.io’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visual content fresh and innovative.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the company.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects across various mediums.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Experience designing for digital marketing, including social media, email, and web.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS skills.
• Experience with video editing and animation software.
