Senior Graphic Designer

Chain Reaction is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By knowing emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able to create cross-channel deliverables for clients that meet their needs.

Requirements:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be Managing all design projects from concept to delivery, conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions for a range of projects, including branding, marketing collateral, digital media, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables.
• Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic project.
• Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
• Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
• Work with editors, producers, and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and design standards.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or any related field.
• With more than 4 years of experience in a similar role, Agency Background is preferable
• English Fluency
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Experience with design software and graphics editing software
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to work within a team.
