Senior Graphic Designer AMM

Chain Reaction is an award-winning digital marketing agency based in GCC and Levant. We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to create visually engaging designs that meet client requirements and support brand objectives. Work on a variety of design projects from conception to execution while adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction of campaigns and projects from concept to final execution

• Translate brand strategy and insights into clear visual systems

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop big ideas and key visuals

• Propose and deliver art directions aligned with business goals

• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints

• Review and approve final designs before delivery

• Guide and review junior and mid-level designers’ work

• Present design ideas with clear reasoning behind decisions

• Execute key visuals and high-impact design assets

• Work closely with animators and finalizer requirements

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or digital environment

• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven design and creative thinking

• Solid proficiency in AI Tools and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, layout, composition)

• Experience working across both digital and print assets

• Awareness of current design trends with the ability to apply them selectively

• Clear creative vision with the ability to translate ideas into effective visuals

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within a team

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle design challenges creatively
