The Florida Panthers enter the 2025-26 season as the two-time defending Stanley Cup Champions, having gone to the Stanley Cup Final in each of the past three seasons. The National Hockey League’s southernmost team, the Panthers have reached the postseason in a club-record six consecutive campaigns. The Panthers operate four facilities in Broward County, Florida: Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, the Panthers IceDen in Coral Springs, the new state-of-the-art practice facility Baptist Health IcePlex in Fort Lauderdale, as well as the renovated War Memorial Auditorium, which hosts concerts and events for the South Florida faithful.

Job Summary:
The Florida Panthers are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a focus on brand and campaign development. As part of the Creative team, you will collaborate with departments across the organization to translate brand strategy into impactful visual work for a wide range of campaigns and platforms.

The Senior Graphic Designer will help establish, maintain, and evolve the Florida Panthers’ visual identity in partnership with the Creative Director by originating campaign concepts and translating them into clear, scalable design systems. Through execution, critique, and collaboration, the designer will help raise the creative bar and elevate overall output.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of brand-driven campaign work, demonstrate a strong understanding of sports and entertainment best practices, and possess high-level creative judgment and taste. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity while adapting to the fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptual development and design execution of assigned brand and campaign initiatives

• Create graphic content for brand and ticketing campaigns across a variety of platforms such as social media, email, mobile, digital, out-of-home, in-game, merchandise, and more

• Ensure all visual assets meet the brand standards of the Florida Panthers

• Stay up to date on the latest creative trends, driving innovation and encouraging others to explore new creative outputs

• Guide brand consistency across executions in collaboration with the creative, motion, and content teams

• Attend weekly status and creative brainstorming meetings

• Support the social team with in-game content, and react with custom graphics when necessary

• Provide constructive critique to elevate design quality and maintain creative standards

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of related work experience

• Advanced knowledge of typography, layouts, design fundamentals, print, and digital

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Prior experience in sports, live events, and/or entertainment industry is a plus but not necessary

• Candidate must be able to adapt to ever-changing requests, design edits and/or revisions and must be able to take direction and produce an approved finished product in a timely manner

• Extremely detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while contributing to multiple projects with aggressive development schedules

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with 3D or motion graphics is a plus but not necessary

• Must submit a strong online portfolio showcasing current work to be considered

• Must be currently living in, or willing to relocate to, South Florida

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights , weekends and occassional holifdaye.
