Pact Nigeria seeks for highly experienced and qualified candidates to fill the opened positions below:

The Senior and grants and contract manager will administer the full cycle of grants management activities beginning from pre-award assessments, monitor/compliance visits and close-out procedures. The jobholder will develop grant award and award modification documents, develop negotiated memorandum of grant awards.

The job holder will award and administer sub-contract and consultants agreements necessary to support the associate award program objectives.

The jobholder will ensure timely training of sub grantees to understand and comply fully with donor standards. Carry out regular trainings as needs arise from sub grantees.

The job holder will facilitate timely disbursement of funds to sub grantees. The jobholder will ensure that Nigeria grant and contract management systems are fully up to date, sub Grants Matrix reconciles with the customer detailed trial balance in Microsoft dynamics Navigator.

Minimum of BSC or HND in accounting, finance, business administration, economics with ACA/ACCA/CPA/ professional Accounting Qualifications.

Minimum of 6 years cognate experience in grants accounting and sub award management.

Experience with accounting standards/practices of international organization a strong plus.

Working knowledge of Microsoft dynamics Navigator (Navision package) and related packages.

Strong knowledge of the OMB circulars i.e. OMB 110, OMB 122 and OMB 133.
