The Role
This is not a coordination role. You are a senior marketing professional who gets campaigns off the ground, drives them through to delivery, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks; across markets, teams, and time zones.
You'll challenge briefs, shape strategy, chase down what needs chasing, and bring genuine marketing thinking to everything you touch. You're rigorous when it counts and creative when it matters. You'll have real autonomy, direct visibility to senior leadership, and the kind of scope that keeps things interesting.
This role reports to the Global Head of Marketing and is open to candidates anywhere in the world.
What You'll Do
• Drive global GTM execution — contribute to go-to-market strategy, pressure-test messaging, and chase down everything needed to launch across regions and channels on time
• Set up and deliver integrated campaigns across content, digital, SEO, GEO, paid, and events — from initial brief to final report, coordinating regional teams and stakeholders across markets
• Keep things moving — you're the person who follows up, flags blockers early, holds people accountable, and makes sure deadlines don't quietly slip
• Have a feel for content and copy — you won't always be writing, but you know what good looks like, can give sharp feedback, and can roll up your sleeves when speed demands it
• Be the connective tissue between marketing and sales — deeply familiar with the full funnel from awareness to MQL to SQL, and able to identify and fix what's slowing it down
• Own marketing budgets and performance reporting across programs — tracking spend, analysing results, and turning data into clear recommendations that drive decisions
• Own website and global content delivery, working closely with writers, designers, SEO leads, and web developers — guiding briefs, managing sprints, and holding the bar on quality
• Spot and fix what's broken — identify gaps and inefficiencies through data, then lead the solution with cross-functional teams
• Champion smart ways of working so a global, fast-moving marketing team stays aligned, organised, and always one step ahead
What You Bring
• 7+ years in marketing, including at least 3 in a senior or lead role — ideally in a global digital agency or international professional services environment
• True global experience — you've worked across countries and cultures, know how to navigate different markets, and don't need a playbook to do it
• A genuine marketer — you understand demand generation, campaign strategy, content, brand, SEO, and performance marketing, and can contribute to the work, not just manage it
• A go-getter mentality — you chase, follow up, push forward, and don't wait to be told twice. Deadlines are real to you
• Resilient under pressure — fast pace, competing priorities, and imperfect information are your normal. You stay calm, stay focused, and find a way
• A feel for good content — you know strong copy and creative when you see it, can brief and give useful feedback, and pitch in when the team needs it
• Strong commercial acumen — comfortable at the intersection of marketing and sales, with a clear grasp of funnel performance and what drives pipeline
• Data-driven — you build performance frameworks, interpret results, and turn insight into action
• Confident working with creative, SEO, and web teams — you know what good looks like and aren't afraid to say so
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Google Analytics, and modern project and marketing management platforms
• A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a nice bonus — but drive, marketing depth, and the ability to deliver across borders matter most
