You will be part of the Digital Workplace Enablement team, aimed at making it easier to do business with the IT Department. Advocating for the end-user experience, we pride ourselves in being a pleasure to work with for end-users and technologists across the enterprise.

You will report into the Global IT Service Transition Director.

What you'll do:

• Oversee of the end-to-end user experience for using workplace productivity GenAI tools, including M365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI's ChatGPT Enterprise, Teams Premium, and internally developed capabilities.

• Establish, develop, and aid in delivery of end-user education\training programs for generative AI solutions aimed at improving workplace productivity.

• Help monitor the request and provisioning process for GenAI capabilities, considering risk, legal, compliance and other constraints and standards.

• Host workshops, pilot sessions, office hours, and other forums aimed at driving the usage of and adoption of these tools by users who want to benefit from using them.

• Host discovery sessions with user groups to determine where GenAI or other known tools can help to refine their business processes.

• Establish and facilitate a community of practice for workplace productivity GenAI Tools through which users can share their insights and best practices, weigh in on the direction of implementing new features, and more.

• Develop and facilitate a service transition plan to ensure support teams are aware of changes being made and prepared to support users of these tools with any new features.

• Manage reporting and data visualization dashboards to report on usage and adoption.

• Provide support to users of tools, through responding to queries, sharing information about changes.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, related field or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years' experience in internal product development or enablement functions for technology related products and services.
• Experience leading multi-regional efforts aimed at driving adoption of transformational technology at all levels

• Project management skills and accountability across global teams in varying regions and cultures.

• Experience using GenAI and developing use cases to benefit wide parts of the population.

• Instructional design experience.

• Graphic design experience.

• ITIL / IT Service Management experience a plus.
