作为项目管理者，你不仅仅是进度的记录者，更是项目研发体系的架构师和变革者。你的核心使命是：通过科学的项目管理方法论，建立可预测、高效率、透明化的研发管线，确保项目按时、保质、可控地交付，从而将宏大的游戏愿景变为现实。

核心职责 (Responsibilities)

• 【项目管理】 制定并确立项目的制作与管理标准，在推进研发进度的同时，重点关注高质量的交付、管线效能以及团队的健康状态。

• 【风险预警】 提供清晰、透明的项目进度与管线健康度更新。敏锐地识别开发中的潜在风险，并协调核心利益相关者及时跟进、解决或升级问题。

• 【流程优化】 开发并持续优化跨职能团队的工作流与沟通渠道。打通策划、美术、程序等不同部门间的协作壁垒，消除无效沟通和返工摩擦。

• 【协同对齐】 促进各研发部门在排期和优先级上保持紧密对齐，确保责任落实，让团队的承诺都能转化为按时的交付。

任职要求 (Qualifications)

• 经验要求： 8年以上游戏行业游戏自研经验，至少拥有3年以上管理经验（管理过 PM 或同等职能团队），有从零到一的项目经验优先。

• 项目背景： 必须具备大型、复杂游戏项目的全周期研发管理经验。熟悉主流游戏引擎开发流程。

• 专业认证： 精通敏捷开发模式，并能根据项目特点灵活融合。持有 PMP 或 ACP/CSM 认证者优先。

• 工具精通： 专家级掌握 Jira 等项目管理工具、Excel/Tableau 等数据分析工具，并了解版本控制系统（如 Perforce/Git）及 CI/CD 流程。
