Senior Game Developer - Ratata Studio

Team

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games generating more than $20m per year, we are the largest and most successful hybrid publisher in the world.

You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on First and Third Person Shooter games. To understand the games better, you can take a look at the games Uboat Attack, Infantry Attack, Sniper Siege, Walkers Attack.

Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Unity Game Developer with a good understanding of the hybrid-casual and midcore mobile game market to help the team deliver fun, innovative, and entertaining games. You will take a full ownership approach to gameplay and meta features, switching between individual contribution and team collaboration.

Profile

• At least 4 years of professional game development experience on Unity or other game engines

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering or game design/production fields.

• Expertise in designing and implementing modular, reusable, and self-contained code components with clear APIs, ensuring compatibility with broader systems.

• Comfortable working with fragile legacy code.

• Good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to details

• Familiar with optimization issues

• Speak and write English, B2 level minimum

• Track record with high-scale mobile games (at least 100k DAU)
