Requirements:
What You’ll Do
You will own the design of gameplay systems end-to-end — from core loops to LiveOps.
• Design and refine core gameplay loops, systems, and features
• Own player experience across UX, progression, and retention
• Own economy design and monetization systems
• Translate product goals into clear, production-ready designs
• Work closely with product, engineering, art, and QA to ship features quickly
• Use AI-assisted tools to iterate on design and content faster
• Continuously improve gameplay based on data and player behavior
What You Bring
• You’ve designed and shipped mobile games from inception → launch → live-ops (casual or hybrid casual)
• Strong executional understanding of UX, game systems, and player retention
• Experience working on features, progression systems, and LiveOps
• You can think across the full product, not just one area
• You are able to effectively deep-dive and deconstruct games to derive learnings and apply them to solve problems
• You are comfortable working with data and adapting designs based on insights
• You move fast, take ownership, and don’t wait for direction
• You are execution-focused — you ship, iterate, and improve
• You care about outcomes, not process
