Senior Game Data Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Main challenge

You’ll turn complex, large-scale data into clear, actionable insights that directly shape business decisions across user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

This role is key to helping teams move faster and smarter by building reliable reporting systems and uncovering opportunities hidden in the data.

What it means on a daily basis

• Own end-to-end analysis: from querying raw data to delivering clear, actionable insights
• Build and optimize dashboards to track product and business performance in real time
• Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, and monetization-  and recommend data-driven actions
• Ensure data accuracy by investigating and resolving inconsistencies
• Partner closely with product and development teams to influence decisions and drive impact

Who you would be working with

• Cross-functional product and development teams on a daily basis
• An international team of data experts, sharing knowledge and best practices

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Strong SQL (BigQuery is a plus) with experience working on large, complex datasets
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Solid experience in quantitative analysis (4–5 years), ideally in tech or digital products
• Strong understanding of business metrics, especially monetization and performance tracking
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
