Senior Functional Analyst - SAP TRM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical-Functional Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive technical application support for SAP S/4HANA Treasury Management systems. This role will be instrumental in supporting Syngenta's treasury operations through expert system administration, incident resolution, and continuous system enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Steady State Support, Enhancements and Small Change Delivery
• Lead and manage the day-to-day support activities for the SAP TRM module, ensuring all incidents, service requests, and problems are resolved efficiently and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes Hands-on Incidence resolution
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and work with cross-functional including ABAP and Middleware teams to implement permanent fixes, preventing recurring issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding SAP TRM support status, outages, and change requests
• Leading and driving SWAT calls for P1 Incidences within the SLA timelines
• Conducting periodic service reviews, reporting KPI’s to the relevant stakeholders, driving continuous improvements and initiating Automation Initiatives
• Collaborating with Treasury Business Users, Process Owners, external IT vendors, Platform Team, Integration and Middleware team and cross functional teams to drive successful delivery
• Accountable for end-to-end lifecycle of small functional changes and enhancements within SAP TRM, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment in Agile/DevOps environment
• Managing the governance including daily stand-ups, triaging, allocation, Incidence resolution, communication, Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, Reviews etc.
• Supporting other SAP Finance Applications including A2R, Payment Factory, BCM, BAM and Central Finance

Application Development & Integration

• Contribute to application development initiatives using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Support integration projects between Treasury Management and other SAP modules
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement implementations
• Ensure data integrity and system performance optimization

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Syngenta's global treasury team to understand business requirements
• Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and external consultants
• Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment activities
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on system performance and initiatives

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

• Total experience of 8 to 10 years in SAP that includes minimum of 4 to 5 years in SAP Treasury & Risk Management encompassing Transaction Manager (Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Securities etc.), Cash Position, Liquidity forecasting, Market Risk Analyzer, Credit Risk Analyzer, Payment Factory, In-house Cash & banking, Treasury Accounting, Bank Communication Management and Bank Account Management
• Minimum 2 end to end Implementations of SAP solutions in a global context.
• Led and supported Steady State operations in a global context

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAP Treasury Management configuration and customization
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related development tools
• Understanding of treasury business processes including cash management, liquidity planning, and risk management
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and interface development
• Familiarity with banking standards and communication protocols (SWIFT, MT messages, etc.)

• University degree (Bachelors) in a finance / commercial / business or technical/IT subject
• SAP Treasury Management certification
