What we are looking for:

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at Dynamic, you’ll help build core product features and developer-facing tools across our platform. You’ll work across the stack, contributing to both frontend interfaces and backend systems that power wallet-based applications across Web3 and fintech. You’ll primarily work in React, TypeScript, and Node.js, and collaborate closely with product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver clean, scalable code.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, thrives in collaborative environments, and is eager to deepen their technical skills across modern web technologies.

The anticipated U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000–$145,000 for candidates located in the NY/Bay Area. In addition to base compensation, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes equity and a competitive benefits program.

Actual base salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, required skills and experience, and your geographic location. Salary ranges are reviewed annually and may be adjusted based on market trends and internal equity. Offers are made within the applicable range at the time of hiring.

You will be a fantastic fit for this role if:

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience building and shipping production-grade software

• You’re comfortable working with both frontend and backend technologies

• You have experience building applications using React and TypeScript

• You’ve contributed to backend systems and APIs using Node.js and Express

• You care about writing clean, maintainable code and improving system performance

• You enjoy collaborating across product and engineering teams

• You’re curious about fintech and Web3, and want to help build infrastructure used by millions

Nice to Haves:

• 2 to 3 years of experience building in the Web3 space for a notable Web3 company

• You’re excited about Web3 and fintech, and want to work on infrastructure used by millions of users‍

• You are located close to NYC, SF, Chicago, or Floripa (Brazil)

You will:

• Develop user-facing features and frontend tooling for web and developer apps

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs for authentication and wallet infrastructure

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver robust features

• Contribute to performance improvements and engineering best practices

• Help ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and clear documentation
