We're looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack (Node + React) Lead Developer to join our growing engineering team in Brasov, Romania. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable full-stack web applications while mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence across our organization. You will be responsible for architecting solutions, making critical technical decisions, and ensuring code quality and best practices are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

• Lead the design and architecture of full-stack applications using Node.js and React, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database optimization
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, following modern frontend development practices
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to foster team growth
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes within the team
• Analyze technical requirements and propose innovative solutions that balance business needs with technical feasibility
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technology strategy decisions
• Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improved efficiency
• Manage version control workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our development practices

**Required Skills & Experience:**

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js in production environments
• 3+ years of professional experience with React.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of full-stack architecture and design patterns
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring developers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

**Preferred Skills & Experience:**

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment automation
• Experience with testing frameworks and test-driven development practices
• Background in performance optimization and scalability challenges
• Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding principles

**Education & Certifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
