About the Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Finout, you’ll be at the forefront of building and scaling our product from the ground up. You’ll work closely with your team, as well as a product and product designer, to design and implement both the front-end user experience and back-end logic that powers our platform.

You’ll play a key role in creating modern UI components, building API services, and contributing to core architectural decisions in a high-impact, low-ego team environment.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement scalable Senior Full Stack Engineer features and components using NodeJS and React

• Build and maintain robust APIs and data pipelines to support the platform

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering leadership on architecture and UX

• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and overall platform improvements

• Bring creativity, curiosity, and best practices to everything you build

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Proficiency in NodeJS and React (or deep JavaScript expertise)

• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend systems

• Autodidact and self-driven with a problem-solving mindset

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment

• Academic degree in Computer Science (or similar)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices is a plus
