The Role

Vim is seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic Back office team. You'll be at the forefront of crafting robust and scalable solutions that support our internal operations and enhance our clients daily workflows. As part of our high-performing team, you'll tackle complex, scalable product challenges and contribute to creating seamless, intuitive user experiences. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Vim, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and fellow Developers.. Ensuring the delivery of high quality new features. You’ll have the opportunity to drive impactful improvements while contributing both autonomously and within cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces with modern technologies.

• Lead front-end and back-end infrastructure initiatives, applying TypeScript best practices, performance optimization techniques, and security principles.

• Write clean, efficient code with a focus on comprehensive test coverage.

• Own the full lifecycle of your features, from development to deployment.

• Act as a technical point of contact and support internal teams through the implementation process.

• Mentoring peers and driving innovation within your domain.

Who We're Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a deep understanding of fullstack development best practices.

• 6+ years expertise in Typescript with a strong track record of building scalable, high-quality solutions.

• A background in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally from tier-one technical startups, with a focus on enterprise software and technical leadership.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in React, Angular or other frontend frameworks.

• Experience in Node.js.

• Experience in the NestJS framework.

• Experience in Postgres DB.
