AERONES, a global leader in robotic wind turbine maintenance, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead our engineering team and own our platform architecture.

You'll lead a team of backend (Django/Python) and frontend (React/TypeScript) developers while remaining hands-on with code. You'll drive our migration from legacy systems to a unified platform and pioneer AI-native development practices using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.

What You'll Do:

• Own technical architecture and drive platform decisions (Django, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL)
• Lead the team while staying hands-on — building features, reviewing code, fixing critical issues
• Establish AI-augmented development workflows and train the team on AI coding agents
• Manage releases, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker-based workflows
• Coordinate with product, operations, finance, and DevOps teams
• Set code quality standards, testing requirements, and development processes

Requirements:
Must have:

• 5+ years full-stack development (Python/Django + React/TypeScript required)
• 2+ years technical leadership or engineering management
• Experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar)
• Strong PostgreSQL, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure knowledge (GCP preferred)
• Fluent English, excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

• PHP/Yii2 or legacy system migration experience
• NetSuite or ERP integrations
• Platform consolidation projects
