Role: Senior Fullstack engineer (Python & React)

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between our sophisticated agent garden and the tools engineers use every day—from custom UIs to deep integrations with tools like GitLab, Polarion, and beyond.

What you will do:

Build User-Facing Experiences:

• Design and develop intuitive web applications interfacing with our agent garden
• Create dedicated UI components making complex AI interactions simple and powerful
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces using modern web technologies (React, TypeScript)

Integrate with Engineering Tools:

• Develop deep integrations with COTS products like GitLab, Polarion, and other development tools
• Enable agentic AI capabilities within existing workflows (e.g., AI-powered code review)
• Design and implement APIs connecting our system with diverse engineering ecosystems

Enable the AI Revolution:

• Work closely with AI agents Developers to expose backend capabilities through agentic interfaces (MCP server or agent tools)
• Build configuration and management interfaces for agents, MCP or A2A Catalog, and marketplace features
• Implement traceability and auditability features giving users visibility into AI actions
• Enforce the IAM delegation from the user to agents to performs engineering action in a secure way

Champion Quality & Craft:

• Apply software craftsmanship principles: TDD, clean code, living documentation
• Write comprehensive tests (unit, integration, E2E) and maintain high code quality
• Support development of junior/mid engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and coordinating mentorship
• Contribute to technical decisions and architectural choices

About you:

• You hold a master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. 
• professional experience in full-stack development
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, modern build tools
• Backend: Python, Node.js or GO
• APIs: RESTful, GraphQL, WebSocket, authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT)
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL, ORM frameworks
• Integration specialist: Proven track record with third-party systems and COTS products
• DevOps awareness: CI/CD, containerization (Docker), cloud infrastructure
• Cloud services: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google CloudYour Approach
• Craftsmanship first: BDD, DDD, TDD, clean code principles
• Quality obsessed: Balance speed with robustness and maintainability
• Security conscious: Think about cybersecurity implications in designs
• Documentation lover: Living documentation and knowledge sharing

• Travels to France to consider

Languages:

• English – mandatory
• French – would be a plus
