Contract: B2B or Employment Contract (UoP)

Salary rate:

B2B: 25,000–29,400 PLN net per month

UoP: 20,000–24,500 PLN gross month

About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a long-term project for an international client in the healthcare/health tech domain. The role requires a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders while shaping technical solutions.

The ideal candidate brings substantial hands-on experience in Python backend and native iOS development (Android is a valuable nice-to-have), along with a track record of delivering mobile-centric products. Experience with healthcare standards (HIPAA) and product-company environments will be considered strong advantages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fullstack development across Python backend and native iOS (Android optional).
• Work directly with the client and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, propose solutions, and support strategic technical decisions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute across the full product development lifecycle.
• Build high-quality, scalable features with a strong focus on reliability and maintainability.
• Promote engineering best practices, including code quality, observability, and documentation.
• Introduce and maintain engineering metrics such as DORA.
• Ensure long-term technical health of both mobile and backend components.
• Support upsell opportunities through strong technical communication and domain understanding.

Requirements:
• 12+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and native iOS development.
• Android development – nice to have.
• Proven experience delivering products built around mobile and Python backend.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable working directly with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with architectural principles and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with engineering metrics (e.g., DORA).
• Healthcare / healthtech experience – nice to have.
• HIPAA experience – strong plus.
• Web development experience – welcome.
• English at C1 level or higher.
• Must be based in the European Union.
