The biggest challange in Senior Fullstack Developer with AI role::
• Leading the AI roadmap
• Technical planning and implementation of AI solutions from early concept to production
• Monitoring and improving the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI agents over time
• Integrating AI with existing product infrastructure
• Taking autonomous, high-level technical decisions and owning

Your tasks::
• Building production-ready, accurate, and reliable AI agents that can be confidently used by all clients
• Continuously improving and maintaining the quality and performance of AI solutions
• Creating robust testing and evaluation frameworks
• Making high-impact technical decisions

What you'll need?:
• minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Developer, preferably with a strong focus on TypeScript
• proficiency in building modern web applications using Node.js, React and tRPC, with a pragmatic approach to designing and maintaining complex systems,
• hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, ideally AWS - and the ability to build scalable, reliable services,
• solid foundations in application testing (Jest) and a strong commitment to code quality,
• AI-native mindset, with familiarity with the AI tooling ecosystem (nice to have: OpenAI, LangChain, Evals, Graph) and enthusiasm for leveraging these tools in day-to-day work,

Recruitment stages:
1. 20-minutes initial call with Recruiter from Bee Talents
2. 30-minutes meeting with the CTO
3. Technical meeting (code review/test and projecting and discussing an AI function)
4. Live coding - 1.5 hours of coding with screen sharing + 30 minutes of summary discussion
5. Meeting with CEO and Head of Product
