Role Overview

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you’ll own the design, development, and delivery of high-quality cross-platform web and mobile applications. You will work across the full stack — from client-facing Flutter apps to scalable Node.js backends — collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams. You’ll help shape technical direction, mentor other engineers, and ensure robust, secure, and performant solutions that align with business needs and technical roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable and maintainable server-side applications using Node.js.
• Architect and develop cross-platform mobile applications.
• Implement and consume RESTful APIs; integrate front-end and back-end components for seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements, define technical and product roadmaps, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable code that adheres to best practices and performance-optimized standards.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote a high standard of code quality across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and technical challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends relevant to Flutter, Node.js, and fullstack development.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, DevOps practices, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud deployments where applicable.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years professional experience in fullstack software development, including significant work with Node.js.
• Proven track record building and deploying web and mobile applications that are reliable, performant, and maintainable.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and modern Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express, Nest).
• Demonstrated expertise for cross-platform mobile app development.
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile or Scrum environments.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in fintech or other regulated industries (e.g., payments, wallets, banking apps).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with UI state-management patterns and testing frameworks (unit/integration/e2e).
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience supporting team growth and technical decision-making.
