Senior Fullstack Developer (NodeJS, ReactJS)

OBJECTIVE:
• We are looking for skilled individuals to collaborate with us in the design, development, and expansion of a resilient solution aimed at enhancing our gaming operation system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. Your expertise in NodeJS, ReactJS will be crucial in driving our projects to success. We aren't looking for "feature builders"—we are looking for Product Engineers who collaborate directly with stakeholders to turn vision into rhythmic, high-performance reality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Product-Centric Engineering: Partner closely with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to refine requirements. You don't just execute specs; you challenge them to ensure we are building the right thing for users.
• Agile Collaboration: Thrive in a cross-functional environment, facilitating rapid feedback loops between the technical team and business units to ensure alignment with Amanotes’s business goal.
• AI-Assisted Workflow: Familiarity with using AI tools to support day-to-day development is highly encouraged. You should be comfortable leveraging tools such as LLMs and coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to reduce repetitive work, accelerate development, and assist with tasks like test generation—while maintaining strong engineering judgment, code quality, and human-in-the-loop decision making.
• Fullstack Orchestration: Design and maintain scalable solutions using React.js and Node.js/NestJS, ensuring they are secure, resilient, and performant.
• Infrastructure & Observability: Own your code from local dev to production using AWS/GCP (EKS, GKE) and monitoring tools to ensure "good vibes" for our users.

QUALIFICATION:
• Experience: 5+ years in Software Development with a strong Product-Centric Mindset.
• Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Node.js (NestJS) and React.js. We also welcome polyglot engineers with a strong technical foundation and the architectural mindset to quickly transition into our primary stack.
• AI Mastery: Advanced skills in prompting and AI-powered tools to deliver high code standards with maximum efficiency.
• Agile Mindset: Deep experience in Scrum/Agile environments, with the ability to communicate technical complexity clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting production issues.
• Eager to learn new things to solve the problems
• Experienced with micro-service/ monolithics architecture, or related tools as K8S,...
• Experience working with cloud services such as AWS or GCP (e.g., S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, Firebase).
• Experience owning services from development to deployment, monitoring, and operation in production.

NICE TO HAVE:
• Experienced with implementing observability & tracing.
• Experience with improving best performance (caching layer, searching engine, …)
• Experience with large-scale systems is highly desirable, with an understanding of scaling problems and security.
