Your Mission

As part of the Growth team at Engine, you’ll play a vital role in making our web experience a true growth engine - flexible, fast, and impactful. You’ll blend creativity with engineering to help us move quickly, test ideas, and ship things that drive real results.

• Build and ship high-impact growth projects like landing page systems, ROI calculators, or API-driven experiences that directly support acquisition and conversion goals.

• Own and level up our Webflow setup & improve performance, maintainability, and workflows so we can launch new pages and experiments faster.

• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product to translate ideas into fast, polished web experiences, knowing when to stay in Webflow and when to go beyond it with custom

• Help lay the foundation for scalable, high-velocity growth, improving documentation, processes, and systems that make the whole team move faster.

What You’ll Bring to Engine

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact, move quickly, and bring ideas to life on the web.

• Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end or full-stack web development, ideally with time spent in Webflow or similar low-code platforms.

• Skills: Strong in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experienced with React or Vue; comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and analytics tools. You have great taste for design and an eye for detail, and you’re comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools (like Claude, Cursor, etc) to move faster and work smarter.

• Tech-Savvy: Bonus points for experience with motion/animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie), TypeScript, or a knack for refining Figma designs into polished builds.

• Mindset: You love solving problems fast, collaborating across teams, and finding smart ways to blend no-code and code to get the best result. You’re hands-on, curious, and thrive in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.

Base Pay Range
$114,700—$158,700 USD
