About the Role

Concierge Benefit Service is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong TypeScript experience to help build and scale our platform. This role is hands-on across our React web apps, backend services, and AWS infrastructure. You’ll work closely with our small engineering team to design, implement, and maintain production-ready full stack features end to end.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain front-end features in React
• Implement backend APIs and services in Node.js with TypeScript
• Work with Prisma/Postgres schemas and migrations
• Contribute to AWS deployments and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product and design to iterate quickly
• Help define engineering standards and architecture as we scale

Requirements:
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong expertise with TypeScript
• Production experience with React, and Node.js
• Solid background in AWS services (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, RDS, etc.)
• Experience with Prisma, PostgreSQL, and tRPC
• Comfortable working full stack and owning features from design → deployment
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, onsite 2 days/week in OKC
• Interest in using AI to accelerate development (code generation, automation, etc.) — but focused on maintainable, high-quality engineering, not “vibe coding”

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile app distribution workflows (TestFlight / Play Store)
• Familiarity with monorepos, pnpm/bun workspaces, or similar setups
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (CDK, Terraform, etc.)
