What you'll be doing:
Why this role
We are transforming a managed VPS product into an agency-ready development & hosting platform.
The goal is simple: turn operational hosting workflows into safe, self-service, repeatable product experiences.
You’ll be the core builder of the new control plane – UI, API, workflows – working closely with Product, Architecture, and System Engineering.
 
You’ll work on
• Build a Node.js + React control panel for hosting operations
• Turn ops tasks (conf, access, scale, services) into safe, repeatable workflows
• Work close to the metal: Apache/Nginx, Linux, services, logs
• Help define state, jobs, retries, auditability (not just endpoints)
• Shape the API surface as much as the UI
• Integrate with existing infrastructure APIs (no OpenStack work required)
• Collaborate on agent-ready foundations (eventing, automation hooks)

What you'll bring:
• Very strong full-stack experience (Node.js, React.js)
• Strong Linux + web server administration background (Apache/Nginx)
• Deep understanding of hosting/runtime operations and their failure modes
• Comfort operating and debugging production systems
• Opinionated but collaborative engineering style
• Bonus (not required)• Hands-on exposure to Magento, Shopware, or PHP commerce stacks
• OpenStack knowledge
• Kubernetes knowledge

What this role is not
• Not infra/Open Stack engineering
• Not frontend-only
• Not a greenfield toy project

This is product-grade platform work with real users, real traffic, and real operational constraints.
