FlatGigs is hiring on behalf of our client — a UAE-based technology company building scalable digital and logistics platforms for modern enterprises. Their mission is to create high-performance, secure systems designed for long-term growth and operational excellence.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Tech Lead) to design, build, and guide the development of a full-stack logistics platform using Django and React. You’ll lead backend architecture, develop responsive dashboards, and mentor the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack design and development using Django REST Framework and React.js
• Architect scalable backend and frontend systems with robust APIs and data workflows
• Build responsive dashboards with real-time data visualizations
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business needs into code
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce code quality standards
• Explore and adopt new technologies to improve performance and scalability

Requirements:
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience

• Strong knowledge of API design, cloud architecture, and CI/CD
