NovaTech Solutions is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help scale its flagship platform and shape the next wave of customer-facing products.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with product and design teams to define feature roadmaps and architect resilient services.
- Mentor other engineers and guide junior teammates in best practices and technical growth.
- Build modern interfaces using React and develop scalable back-end APIs with Node.js.
- Operate reliable data layers with PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Own product features end-to-end, from conception to deployment and maintenance.

- Lead cross-functional discussions around performance, security, and delivery.
- Translate product requirements into maintainable, scalable solutions.

- Ensure smooth deployment pipelines and collaborate with DevOps to monitor platform health.
- Automate repetitive tasks and maintain comprehensive documentation to keep the team aligned.

Requirements:
- Deep experience with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong engineering judgment and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:
- Location: San Francisco, with occasional remote work allowed.
- Compensation: $50,000 to $100,000 annually plus additional benefits.
