We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our DEX Platform group. This role is part of a core group building scalable high-impact services that power the ControlUp platform. You’ll work across the stack using modern technologies, collaborate with top-tier engineers, and solve complex challenges that directly impact the experience of millions of users.
You’ll take part in the full development lifecycle-from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and production support-while continuously growing your skills in a high-performing, AI-first engineering culture.

Qualifications::
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend and frontend development
• 3+ years of experience with React, single-page applications, and modern frontend paradigms
• 2+ years of significant experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Strong knowledge of ECMAScript, HTML5, SCSS, and modern web build tools like Webpack and Babel
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• A keen eye for design and a practical approach to building intuitive UX/UI
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to learn and grow
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field – an advantage
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools – an advantage
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices – an advantage
• Experience in developing Agentic AI Applications - an advantage
