About You:

You are a senior full stack engineer who enjoys owning product functionality end-to-end, from a polished UI to reliable services and clean persistence. You bring strong experience building user-facing features with React, and you’re comfortable designing and implementing backend services in Node.js, Express, and TypeScript, with strong REST API design. You care about frontend craft and consistency, writing scalable CSS and using semantic HTML to support accessibility and maintainability, and you’ve contributed to shared UI foundations such as component libraries (for example, Storybook) and structured monorepos (for example, Nx).

You also bring strong data skills: designing and evolving schemas in PostgreSQL (or similar), working with document-oriented models, and optimizing queries and access patterns. You take quality seriously by writing automated tests, participating in reviews, and troubleshooting production issues with an ownership mindset. You collaborate well across product, platform, and security teams, communicate clearly, and support other engineers through mentoring and documentation. You’re excited by AI-augmented development, using RAG systems and developer agents effectively while applying strong judgment to validate and refine AI-generated output.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end functionality across frontend, backend, and persistence layers within our data security platform.

This role suits engineers who:

• Enjoy building features from UI through services to data storage

• Think critically about API and data design

• Take ownership of production systems

• Value clean, well-tested code

Our engineering teams are also evolving how software is built through internal AI-assisted workflows, including retrieval-augmented knowledge systems and developer agents. This role will participate in leveraging and shaping these capabilities to improve engineering effectiveness and delivery quality.

What You’ll Do:

Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain user-facing features using React

• Develop backend services using Node.js, Express, and TypeScript

• Design and evolve REST APIs

• Deliver features across the full lifecycle: design → implementation → deployment → support

Frontend Craft & UI Quality

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable CSS

• Use semantic HTML appropriately to ensure accessibility, structure, and maintainability

• Contribute to or maintain component libraries using tools such as Storybook

• Work within structured monorepo environments (e.g., Nx)

• Help elevate UI standards and visual quality across the product

We are looking for someone who treats CSS as an engineering discipline — not an afterthought — and understands that polished UI is essential in enterprise software.

Data Modeling & Persistence

• Design and work with relational schemas

• Work with document-oriented data models

• Optimize queries and access patterns

• Support schema evolution and data migration strategies

Engineering Productivity & AI-Augmented Development

• Operate effectively in an AI-augmented engineering environment where internal agents assist with code navigation, knowledge discovery, and implementation acceleration

• Use internal AI-assisted tools (RAG systems and dev agents) to improve workflow efficiency

• Validate and refine AI-generated output with strong engineering judgment

• Contribute feedback that improves internal AI-enabled engineering practices

Quality & Delivery

• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests

• Participate in code and design reviews

• Improve CI/CD workflows

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Collaboration & Engineering Excellence

• Work closely with product, platform, and security teams

• Mentor developing engineers

• Contribute to documentation and technical discussions

• Promote secure coding and observability practices

What We’re Looking For:

Required

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience

• Strong experience with:

• React

• Node.js

• TypeScript

• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs

• Hands-on experience with:

• PostgreSQL or relational databases

• Document data models (MongoDB or similar)

• Experience with automated testing

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Strong Plus

• Experience with AWS

• Experience working with containers (Docker/Kubernetes)

• Experience using AI-assisted development workflows, RAG systems, or dev agents

• Exposure to cybersecurity or SaaS platforms

• Experience with observability tooling or multi-tenant architectures
