About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & React & Node.js) to join our team and contribute to the development of modern, scalable applications. This role requires strong full-stack expertise across backend and frontend technologies, combined with practical knowledge of AI tooling.

You will work on building and enhancing applications that leverage modern frameworks and AI-driven capabilities, contributing across the full development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with a strong problem-solving mindset, capable of delivering high-quality solutions and working across multiple layers of the stack.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

• Build and optimise backend services using Python and Node.js.

• Develop responsive and high-quality frontend applications using React.

• Integrate AI tooling and capabilities into applications where relevant.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems and applications.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements.

• Ensure applications are performant, secure, and scalable.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role

• 3+ years of experience with Python

• 3+ years of experience with React

• 3+ years of experience with Node.js

• Practical experience working with AI tooling or integrating AI-driven features

• Strong understanding of full-stack architecture and modern development practices

• Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Nice to Have:
• Experience working on AI-enabled or data-driven products

• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and deployment practices

• Experience contributing to system design or architectural decisions

• Exposure to working in fast-paced or evolving environments
