About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to be part of our team develop cutting-edge AI-powered tools and applications, including agentic tools and predictive AI. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and user-centric products by building front-end interfaces and connecting them with robust back-end systems powered by AI models. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for building and implementing systems from the ground up. You would write production-level code while defining processes and best practices for future team growth.
You will
• Work together with a collaborative international team of engineers, designers and solution leads to understand customer business needs and translate them into end-to-end solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic front-end user interfaces.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure applications meet high standards of usability and performance.
• Collaborate with the AI engineering team to integrate data pipelines and AI logic into customer-facing applications.
You have
• 5+ years of experience building scalable web applications, and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in both backend (e.g. FastAPI, Python) and frontend (e.g. React, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g. PostgresSQL) and data ingestion pipelines.
• Proven ability to deliver production-ready software for enterprise use.
• Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international team.
You are
• Experienced working in a consulting or agency environment on project-based work.
• Familiar with DevOps practices, including building CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Github Actions, or Skaffold.
• Familiar with deployment on one of the major cloud providers (preferably Azure).
• Able to take charge of a project from conception till customer-ready production-grade deployment.
• Passionate about continuously improving code quality by performing code reviews, and following best practices for testing and debugging.
• Proficient in AI-assisted coding and are using the latest tools like Claude Code, Codex, and MCPs.
• Willing to collaborate with the team to expand knowledge of new technologies and improve software development best practices.
