We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (from Junior to Senior levels) to build and improve high-traffic product features across the 12Go platform. You will work on backend services, frontend applications, and platform integrations, helping deliver scalable and reliable solutions across multiple product domains such as affiliate networks, external B2B partners, SEO, CRM, PPC, and internal tools. This role is designed for engineers who are strong in either frontend or backend development, with the ability and interest to contribute across the stack when needed. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure our systems remain fast, reliable, and scalable.

Responsibilities:
Product Development
-Build product features across backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and integrations, with the opportunity to focus primarily on either frontend or backend while contributing across the stack when needed.

Backend Systems
-Develop and maintain backend services and APIs powering the 12Go platform, including integrations with affiliate networks and external B2B partners, as well as internal systems and marketing platforms;
-Stack: PHP (Symfony) primary backend + ability to work with NodeJS or Python pipelines.

Frontend Applications
-Develop and improve modern frontend applications using Vue / Nuxt, ensuring high performance and excellent user experience;
-Stack: Hands-on experience with Vue and Nuxt with SSR;
-Nice to have: LESS / SCSS, Storybook, Playwright, CapacitorJS;
-Ability to work with other modern frontend libraries and frameworks (React) is a plus.

Data & Integrations
-Build and maintain integrations with external systems such as affiliate networks, external B2B partners, CRM platforms, marketing platforms, and analytics pipelines;
-Nice to have: Strong SQL (MySQL / MariaDB) and query optimization for high-traffic systems.

Performance & Scalability
-Ensure high performance and reliability of services and web pages, optimizing queries, APIs, and frontend performance for high-traffic environments.

Code Quality
-Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices and team standards.

AI-Assisted Development
-Ability to effectively use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency, while maintaining strong engineering judgment and code ownership.

Collaboration
-Work closely with product, marketing, data, SEO, and DevOps teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.

Engineering Culture
-Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies, while taking ownership of the quality of your work.

Requirements:
-5+ years of professional experience in full stack development on either frontend or backend;
-Good written and spoken English;
-Adapts quickly to changing requirements and evolving tech stack (learning mindset).
