🎯 Mission

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be part of the team building AirNxt’s next-generation aviation ERP — a platform redefining operational efficiency across MRO and airline ecosystems.
Your main strength lies in backend development using Node.js and NestJS, but you’re equally confident turning user stories into working UI features with React.

You’ll translate complex business and product needs into reliable, well-structured code. Working closely with PMs, designers, and engineers, you’ll own end-to-end delivery of modules that balance scalability, reliability, and velocity, while contributing to engineering excellence and platform evolution.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain backend APIs and microservices using Node.js / NestJS

• Build and enhance responsive web interfaces using React (Web)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features from concept to production

• Participate in defining API contracts and data models across platform modules

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation

• Contribute to DevOps practices — CI/CD pipelines, Docker builds, and environment configs

• Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring stability and performance

• Participate in code reviews, provide technical feedback, and share best practices

• Continuously improve development processes, testing coverage, and developer experience

✅ You Should Have

• 3–5 years of full stack software development experience

• Strong backend engineering expertise in Node.js (NestJS or Express)

• Practical experience in frontend development using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerized deployments

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP)

• Comfortable collaborating in Agile / Scrum environments

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Bonus: experience in aviation, ERP, logistics, or other mission-critical domains
