About the Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong Back-End focus to support the evolution of a large-scale SaaS ecosystem that powers cultural, educational, and streaming platforms. This role is centered on modernizing and scaling a mature, long-lived codebase, ensuring performance, reliability, and interoperability across multiple devices and platforms.

You will work within a complex, multi-tenant environment that supports web, mobile, and Smart TV experiences, contributing to the gradual transition from legacy technologies to a modern, scalable architecture. This is a hands-on technical role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems in systems that are actively used by thousands of users.

We are seeking a strong individual contributor who is comfortable navigating legacy systems while building forward-looking solutions.

Back-End (Primary Focus):
• Develop, maintain, and evolve REST APIs using .NET Core 8
• Work with Entity Framework and background workers
• Maintain and improve legacy .NET Framework codebases
• Optimize SQL Server (Azure) performance and queries
• Implement and manage caching strategies (Redis)

Front-End (Support Role):
• Maintain existing JavaScript and jQuery code
• Contribute to new features using React
• Support applications built with WebForms, MVC, and Classic ASP

Infrastructure & Platform Support:
• Work with Azure cloud services
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Support a multi-platform, multi-tenant (white-label) SaaS environment

Must-Have::
• Strong experience with .NET Core 8 and modern .NET technologies
• Hands-on experience working with legacy .NET Framework systems
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server
• Experience with Entity Framework
• Experience implementing Redis caching
• Proficiency with JavaScript and jQuery
• Experience with React
• Experience working in Azure environments and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have::
• Experience working with long-evolving legacy systems
• Exposure to multi-tenant or white-label SaaS architectures
• Performance and scalability optimization in complex systems
• Experience with content, media, or streaming platforms
• Background in B2B or B2G SaaS environments
