Senior Full Stack Engineer (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (React/Node.js) to build the engine behind how Europe’s top companies discover and implement startup innovation.
You’ll take ownership of complex systems, work fast without breaking things, and write code that drives real business outcomes — not just sprints.

Playwright on the frontend, Jest on the backend. You don’t wait for QA to catch issues.
You think in systems.
You’re not afraid of shaping architecture and improving how the machine runs — not just what it does.
You communicate clearly.
With engineers, with ops, with product. You make things understandable — and decisions traceable.
Your toolkit:
• React, TypeScript, Apollo GraphQL
• Node.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Vector databases
• 5+ years of experience in building, maintaining, and shipping real applications

Location:
Berlin is preferred. Remote is possible — but we value real face time.

• Measuring what you ship — and learning from how it performs
